Dear CCP4 Community, We are a new and dynamic group at Bar-Ilan University. We investigate the effects of biological confinement within protein-based structures, i.e. protein cages and nanotubes. Towards that end, we combine state-of-the-art techniques including protein engineering and biophysical characterization in combination with cellular behavior.
