Dear all,
A 2.5-year postdoctoral research position financed by the French
National Research Agency (ANR) is available at the Bacterial
Pathogenesis Group (A. Dessen) at the IBS (Institut de Biologie
Structurale) in Grenoble. Our group uses structural biology tools to
understand mechanisms employed by bacteria to initiate infections and to
synthesize their cell wall. Candidates should have experience in
molecular biology, soluble and membrane protein biochemistry and X-ray
crystallography. This structural biology project will take advantage of
the expertise in the lab working with virulence factors and their
complexes in an environment with dedicated X-ray crystallography and
electron microscopy facilities.
