Hello, I am trying to use pandda in order to locate potential ligands in my structures... pandda.analyse did run without error However, at the pandda.analyse step, the coot window opens normally, but the additional pandda window does not appear. I tried to point coot towards the file : ./lib/python3.7/site-packages/pandda/inspect/__init__.py but in that cas, there is an error about the module giant.logs that is not found : .................................
