Not really. So far everything works fine, just make sure when you register/name your PC, you do not put a space in your user name. Else, you won't be able to run many of the softwares without changing the working path for them. A couple of my labmates had this issue, and I had to change the CCP4_SCR ccp4temp path for them to get CCP4 working. It is a very quick fix though.
