Dear Martin, Mark and Pedro for your replies which have been helpful.
Hopefully, here speaking for the hole community, the disfunctioning of the server is just a temporary problem.
All the best,
Gerlind

Dear Gerlind,

The MolProbity analysis is included in the 'Multimeric validation' task and also in the refinement task in CCP4i2 - just be sure to have the current version 8.0.019.

In Phenix GUI, I can still find such a task: Crystals -> Validation and map-based comparison -> Comprehensive validation (X-ray/Neutron).

It's concerning that the MolProbity server does not work today...

Best wishes,
Martin

Dear all,

The Molprobity server appears to be not functional from my side. I just installed the latest version of Phenix and the module Molprobity has dissapeared.

Can anybody provide information on the latest evolutions of this so precious tool?

Thanking you in advance, with best wishes,

Gerlind
