Hi Careina, For small molecules I run GRADE to create the .cif file from the SMILES string. I've done it for small (6 nucleotide) RNA sequences, so perhaps it will work for your miRNAs as well.
Kind regards, Sara ________________________________ From: CCP4 bulletin board <[email protected]> on behalf of [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: 23 July 2024 09:02 To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: [ccp4bb] Question about micro RNA structures CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the ICR. I would like to start of doing some docking studies to protein. Are there any suggestions on good tools to use to generate the miRNA structure from it's sequence?
