We use the Formulator from Formulatrix for mixing cocktails. We use it to mix 96 well deep well blocks for preparing the 1536 high-throughput screen we use in the National Crystallization Center at HWI, as well as for optimization plates. I'm not sure if any of the others can dispense into deep well blocks – if anyone uses another robot to do so, please let me know!
