Initially I would try to diffract these crystals befofe any optimisation. A
microfocus beam should give you some clues. You might find out that you have a
super ordered crystal at 1.2 A resolution already, or you crystallized salt or
a contaminant.
Further, have you tried seeding? These crystals look ideal for it. I would also
reccommend leaving your plates at cold temperature (10 or 4ºC). This will slow
down your nucleation events increasing the likelihood of bigger crystals.

Hello, everyone. Thank you for your help earlier.I also found that there is a
strange phenomenon, want to see how you optimize.The crystal is a cluster with
many nuclei, but regular crystals, and occasionally single crystals, grow out
of the holes around the circle.It's in the picture. Have you ever had that
happen to you?How to optimize?
