Hello all, I am trying to run another round of refmac5 on ccp4 cloud with my model that i adjusted and did some manual model building. I got the MTZ and coordinates downloded after ccp4 cloud did the automatic simple MR workflow where it did MR and refined the model, added waters, and gave the pdb validation report. I still needed to adjust the n-terminus of the model after this workflow therefore I downloaded the job data to my computer and manually adjusted the model in coot. I now want to run refmac with my adjusted model. How do I get my adjusted model back into ccp4 cloud and do another round of refinement? is this possible? I can upload the model back into the cloud but cannot specify it to be used in refmac.
