I'm looking to grow the following crystals inside an eppendorf tube
with increased quantity. How would I go about doing this? The crystals
were grown with screening condition containing 0.2 M magnesium
chloride hexahydrate, 0.1M HEPES Sodium pH:7.5 , 15% v/v PEG 400.
Microbatch under oil was done as crystallization method using one part
protein (0.83 uL), one part screening condition (0.83 uL). The photo
of the crystals are attached below.
