This is incredibly important work and absolutely should be published.
However, I feel compelled to note that there is a lag between presidential
priorities and PDB deposition. I would imagine that it would take at the
very least 1 year for the president's priorities to make their way into
RFAs, the PIs to respond with a proposal, the grants to be reviewed and
awarded by the funding agency, the institution to release the funding, and
the structures to be solved and deposited. I suspect that the starting year
should be displaced by at least 1 year if not more. A more accurate method
might be to look at any funding associated with the structure and
cross-reference that with NIH RePORTER to determine the first year of the
award. I recommend revise and resubmit.
