Hello CCP4,

Good to be back after my struggle to get these out from Gmail. The following is
exactly the same announcement sent to CCP-EM a few days ago. We do have some
interesting candidates already, but we want to be fair and give the opportunity
to confirmed crystallographers who are not afraid of learning new tricks:

Location: Structural Motility Team, Institut Curie (Paris Center)

Team Leader: Anne Houdusse

The Structural Motility team at the Institut Curie is looking for a highly
motivated and talented postdoctoral fellow to join our dynamic research group.
Our laboratory combines structural biology (X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM),
chemical biology, molecular dynamics, and cell biology to unravel the molecular
mechanisms of motor proteins and their regulation in cells.

Our research addresses fundamental questions about force production at the
molecular level, the diverse cellular roles of motors, and their regulatory
mechanisms. We also explore how these insights can be leveraged to design
innovative chemical biology tools and therapeutic strategies for human diseases.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

• Dynamic, creative, and eager to develop independence by leading an
exciting project within our team.

• Experienced in structural biology (focus on cryo-EM) and/or molecular
dynamics simulations.

• Able to demonstrate a strong track record of scientific achievement.

Application requirements:

• Curriculum Vitae

• Statement of research interests and career goals

• Three letters of recommendation
