Dear all,
We are pleased to announce the next webinar in the DRIIMB webinar series, given
by Prof. Frank Sobott, University of Leeds.
Title:
Current state of data standards, repositories, and interpretation approaches
for structural modelling with mass spectrometry data
Date & Time: Tuesday, 24 February 2026, 15:00 (UK time)
Platform: Microsoft Teams
Registration: Free but required, click here to
register<https://events.teams.microsoft.com/event/4e785b89-3861-4035-b394-be71fd92db98@3f66361c-a87e-4158-8f61-99e82db3cac8>

Frank
Sobott<https://biologicalsciences.leeds.ac.uk/molecular-and-cellular-biology/staff/137/prof-frank-sobott>’s
research focuses on the structural analysis of non-covalently bound
supramolecular systems and functional biomolecular assemblies. His group
develops innovative methods and advanced instrumentation for the
characterisation of multi-component, heterogeneous, and highly dynamic
complexes using mass spectrometry, ion mobility spectrometry, and associated
gas-phase techniques. These approaches are applied within a strongly
interdisciplinary framework to address fundamental and applied research
questions spanning chemistry, biology, and medicine.
The webinar will last approximately one hour, including time for questions and
discussion. We warmly invite members of the structural biology, mass
spectrometry, and modelling communities to attend. More details can be found

Best regards,
Bindu
