I would like to draw your attention to a satellite event of the IUCr
meeting in Calgary

*IUCr Computing School - Artificial Intelligence in Crystallography*

The event is organized with the support of different Commissions of the
IUCr and the main goal of the school is to empower crystallographers to
build and understand AI Models through in-depth, hands-on introduction to
the principles and applications of AI in crystallography.

Whether you are a *graduate student*, a* structural biologist*, a *beamline
scientist*, a *theoretical crystallographer, *a* developer* or a *data
scientist* working with crystallography groups, you will gain the critical
skills necessary to frame problems effectively, ensuring your research is
innovative, transparent and reproducible.

The school is organized at the Lethbridge University Campus from the 8th to
the 11th of August and transportation will be provided to reach Calgary for
the IUCr Congress.
