I'm excited to share that we're looking for a postdoc to join our team at 
NSLS-II, Brookhaven National Laboratory!

This is a unique opportunity to use AI methods to tackle two important 
challenges in structural biology: improving our understanding of how proteins 
move under near-physiological conditions and finding weakly bound ligands that 
can be difficult to detect in crystallographic data.

The projects are -
- Protein dynamics: Developing generative AI approaches, informed by molecular 
simulations, to generate physically meaningful protein ensembles from 
ambient-temperature crystallographic data.
- Ligand identification: Building AI-driven methods to automate ligand 
placement in weak and low-occupancy electron density from high-throughput 
crystallography and fragment-screening experiments.

You'll work closely with structural biologists, beamline scientists, and 
computational researchers at one of the world's brightest synchrotron 
facilities.
