Dear all I am currently working on a batch of diffraction data that exhibit translational non-crystallographic symmetry (tNCS). During the refinement process, R-work candecrease significantly , but the R-free value does not seem to improve despite my efforts. I would greatly appreciate your advice on potential strategies or approaches to address this issue when handling data with tNCS. Any suggestions regarding refinement protocols, software options, or general best practices would be incredibly helpful. Sincerely
