The Sealy Center for Structural Biology and Molecular Biophysics (SCSBMB) at 
The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston is searching for a 
dynamic, visionary Director to provide strategic and operational leadership 
within the John Sealy School of Medicine.
The Center drives cutting-edge research in brain health, diagnostic disease 
markers, and therapeutics, including vaccines and antibacterials. Eligible for 
a faculty appointment, the incoming Director will oversee scientific programs, 
secure extramural funding, foster cross-campus and external collaborations, and 
guide the Center's growth as an internationally recognized leader in structural 
biology.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished scientific leader with a 
demonstrated track record of extramural research success, effective team 
building, and administrative excellence.
