The diffUSE Project is working to build a foundation for structural biology centered on conformational ensembles. See some of our recent work here and publications here.
We are actively hiring for:
Project Manager: an enthusiastic science communicator to be the connective tissue of a distributed, interdisciplinary team. Formal project management experience or certification is a plus, as is a structural background.
Computational Biophysicist: to build ensemble-aware protein representations that account for experimental structural heterogeneity for functional prediction.
Ensemble Structural Informatics Scientist: developing the next generation of metrics to compare structural ensemble models across different structural techniques.
