As it happens I am getting tired of _reading_ the
same thing over and over; another of those
Windows/Linux, PC/Mac etc. debates that contribute
little and never change anyone's opinion. By all
means, compile a _balanced_ summary and host it
somewhere for reference.
I suspect that the real criterion for whether to
shotgun-replace caps is who is paying/getting paid
for the materials and labour ;-).
FWIW I'm certainly not about to spend 100s of
dollars, not to mention time spent in sourcing and
replacing, to replace the caps in systems that
are running perfectly "just in case"...
