here is the weirdest DEC panel I have ever come across http://bitsavers.org/mysteries/mysteryPanel_Nov74.jpg that I spotted in a lot of DEC panels that were on display at CHM in 2001 It is labeled "Special Order PDP/15 Order 11/20/74 s/s" but when Bob Supnik and I talked about it, we concluded it was for a Xerox Signa architecture machine in PDP 11/20 colors (magenta and wild rose)
