http://forums.nekochan.net/viewtopic.php?t=3731 has the pinouts. Works like a charm ;)
I found that in my hunt but I think those pinouts are for the Indy/Challenge S machines? The Indy had a soft power on button on the front, the Indigo has a reset button and speaker mounted to the power supply (but the wires from those are just passed directly to the power supply connector.)
Might get a chance to poke at it tonight after work and I'll compare!
