If you don't end up finding one it shouldn't be hard to come up with a workable 
solution.
Using some cheap 8-32 x 2" screws like
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MACHINE-SCREW-8-32X2-SLOTTED-ROUND-HEAD-ZINC-QTY-32-60385-/172693845013
Cut to length and file the shank near the head for a circlip. Or, as I have 
done on a car
roof rack project, slip a small length of tight-fitting plastic tubing on the 
bolt once in place.
Even a couple of nuts tightened against each other would probably work.
