They'd probably take $30 each...
The DZ11 originally shipped with the H317-E 16-port EIA Distribution Panel
(which supported two separate DZ11 cards), but DEC later came out with the
8-port H3006; the former went into a 19" rack, the latter is for the later DEC
EMI-limiting packaging, with the standard panel cutouts.
The specified BC05W cables are standard 50-pin Berg/DuPont .100" connectors,
but with a ground shield. You can probably get away with a standard 50
connector flat cable.
