The stuff for cleaning (and making pickles) is usually identified as "Distilled White Vinegar". Citric acid, unlike acetic acid, occurs as a white crystalline powder, which makes it convenient to store. Just dissolve in the appropriate volume of water for use (cleaning lime scale or making lemonade). --Chuck
