Does anyone have any datasheet/hardware details of the early Mostek calculator chip MK50312N ?
It may be listed in "Mostek, MOS Integrated Circuit Guide", 1975 - a magazine sized, 138 page, blue and silver book. Which apparently covers the F8 and several early memory chips and
some calculator chips. (Not listed in the Mostek 1974 "Integrated circuit guide")Any help would be appreciated, even just confirmation that it is listed in the '75 guide.
