The boards have a Burroughs logo on them. The part numbers on the IC's are Burroughs p/n's. The board you think might be a memory board isn't; according to the Burroughs partnumber cross-reference (https://ia801604.us.archive.org/33/items/bitsavers_burroughsissref_2069854/burroughs_IC_crossref_text.pdf), those chips are diode arrays.
