U6A seems likely to me to be referring to a linear chip, rather than a digital one, though the 6 between the mu (U) and the A is not something I am familiar with. I also don't get any hits in the catalog looking for 770. As a guess, it is might be a ua709 Operational amplifier. 730 might be uA730 - a differential amplifier. Both were pretty common. JRJ
