Rk05 to RK8E cables

This weekend I'm picking up an RK05 drive that does not have the M993 to 
40 pin berg cables and may not have the M930 terminator.

I know that Roland designed a cable kit for it.
Does anyone have a spare M993 (preferably the C model with the buffer 
chip) or one of Roland's kits for sale or trade?

Also, in case I need it, does anyone have a spare M930 terminator board?
