So any suggestions on companies that can do the scans in or around
Baltimore MD? I'd do it for endless beer privileges at future meets/get

It sure doesn't seem to be on-line. In fact, Googling that document
number produces exactly one hit (another DEC document which mentions
this document in the text). Getting that scanned would be neat.
