I think we called the people FEs sometimes.  Maybe the regular guy that did 
maintenance was a CE and when the had to bring in a specialist from National, 
that was an FE?

THen there were the PSRs...weren't they the people that helped figure out why 
the system kept crashing?  Or am I losing it in my old age.
