I've been through all "Vergleichstabellen" etc. Alas, the BSX36 is also unobtanium.
If it's of any help I do have about 10pcs 2N3639 (NOS) in stock.
I'll try the Baker clamp first, but I need to order a batch of BAT46, first. I'll also order a couple of BS250 just to test the MOSFET idea.
