It is running some software that looks like an application. The hostname is
BANKA so I am wondering if it may have been part of some bank system?
I don't recall the name right now and the machine is powered off. I'll take
a look again in the morning.

Otherwise, based on the licenses on it, it has nothing besides VMS and
DECnet installed.
