Yes, it exists. In fact, I wanted to do run TOS, and found (and fixed)
bugs in Hercules involved with read tape backward which it used.
The copies of DOS and TOS distributions that Paul Pierce and I recovered
can be found on Paul's website (look under Library => System => then
IBM DOS 360.
In particular the TOS/360 R25.2 Vol. 3 starter system (vols 1 and 2 are
DOS) can be found at
