It's a half-hour talk at an unusual but fun venue: the Electromagnetic Field outdoor festival <https://www.emfcamp.org/> in Herefordshire, quite close to Malvern where Flex was developed. It's a good place to find crowds of people who want to geek out over things just like obscure research operating systems from 40+ years ago. While the festival has been sold-out for a long time now, the talk will be recorded, so I hope to do a good job!
What did you use the compiler to do? --T On Fri, Jun 26, 2026 at 9:57 PM Martin Bishop < [email protected]> wrote: > Public lecture ? > > Where / When ? > > Martin > > PS I used the 68R compiler / run-time on ICL 1900 extensively in the 70's > > << snip >> > > In a few weeks I'll be giving a talk and demonstration of Flex to a > technically well-informed but otherwise unfamiliar audience.
