Chris, I honestly have no idea. Does yours have the 8-slot H9278 backplane? My 11/23+ uses a 9-slot H9276 Q/CD backplane. I don't believe H9276 will fit in an 11/03 box though.
I once tried to get an 11/23 up and running using an H9278. It worked fine until I plugged in the RQDX3 board. I probably missed something in my reading but it seemed like it should work. The RQDX3 died though. I still have that H9278 in a box, but I don't plan to use it.
