I'll second that. It's been invaluable for combining PDFs (such as when a supplier insists on delivering its general catalog in individual sections), as well as extracting subsets of pages. https://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/ I find that the free one works fine for my applications. -- Dave
