*Full Requirements: *Client is seeking a qualified Technical Writer with experience in "To Be" development. This could also be a Business Analyst w/good technical writing experience. *Responsibilities:* - Perform preliminary review of existing procedures for assigned department to determine if the procedures have met the bar for the appropriate level of detail. - Perform procedure modifications and updates to ensure compliance with the published standard. - Attend required tool training to learn how to use client's internal management software. - Format and load procedures into management software. - Provide coaching and support to the business area authors, who will also be loading procedures, on keystroke leveling and procedure loading. * * *Skill Level: Mid-level (3-7 yrs) * - Minimum of 3 - 7 years technical writing experience - Ability to adapt to a fast paced project, and learn a new document structuring and formatting standard - Ability to quickly learn tool basics to begin procedure loading and support for business area designated authors - Strong communication and customer support skills - Business/process analysis skills preferred, not required. - Experience with "To Be" development.
