Business Analyst Location: San Jose - Locals only
Rate cap $57 Duration: 6 months Skills Required: - 8+ yrs industry experience in a business analyst capacity - Need Cisco experience on the Business side - Proven track record of superior business analysis. Ability to present the proper level of detail to the intended audience, consolidating / analyzing data form internal and external sources to formulate action plans / recommendations that support business needs - Excellent organizational, analytical skills, critical and logical thinking are required - Ability to drive resolution to issues - Knowledge of Account Assignment framework such as: CAA (Contract Account Assignment), SHARE, STT, FDEV, CIBER, Siebel - Knowledge of WWSPS owned applications such as: OMF, Salesforce.com, My Deal Manager, BREES - The Business Analyst's primary responsibility is to support Service Product Alignment activities - releases and documentation of ongoing activities.
