Location :Arizonia , AZ Duration :6 Months *Full Requirement :* *Skills:* · Enabling *backend PeopleSoft (HR and Financials) ERP System* to be accessed online via web applications · *Java, J2EE, PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Oracle database* · Strong requirements gathering, analysis, design, development skills · Strong background in creating multiple enterprise level web applications Company utilizes *PeopleSoft (HR and Financials*) applications to run their operations and services their clients. The business rules are all contained within the *PeopleSoft applications* that sit on an *Oracle database*. Company would like their clients and employees to be able to access the various *PS applications* and all their functionality via a *web portal*utilizing *web applications created in Java.* One main problem is that *PS *is a batch system that does not run well in real time. The current *PeopleSoft system* does not work well and looses functionality when run online. The client would like a consultant who has experience in *web technologies* to assess and develop web enabled applications that will interface with the data and business rules contained in the *PeopleSoft system*. Client would like the consultant to create a *web portal layer* utilizing Java technologies. Candidate will have to crate all tiers of the of the web application so that it will interface with the *Oracle and PS System* on the backend and create a functional access portal for the users.
