Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications. Must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications. *PRPC Systems Architect is required with a minimum of 2 solid years experience architecting, designing, and developing innovative solutions using advanced PRPC tools and techniques.* *Pega Rules Process Commander* as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. Candidates must be proficient with the complete Pega implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment. Must have experience with *v5.x.* Solid understanding and experience with * Oracle. *Experience in the *HPIF framework a plus. *Solid background with integration, including *integrating PRPC using TIBCO and services a plus*. Works independently and as a member of a team. Excellent written and verbal communications skill and analytical problem solving skills are needed. Experience/understanding of Web Portal helpful. Experience in health insurance administration with focus on sales and membership systems very helpful. Experience with *Facets membership and billing system helpful*. Experience working with *RUP methodology Accountable for the architecture and detailed design of PRPC infrastructure*to support on going project design and reusability within the *PRPC architecture*, including but not limited to the creation of a shared development environment for multiple projects developing *PRPC application*together.
