*Location:* San Jose, CA - local candidates only *Duration:* 6 months - Cisco exp is a plus. *Job Summary: *** Responsibilities / Requirements: * Statistical and business analysis / decision support. * Business modeling and metric reporting. * Experience with tools like Business Objects (SQL queries a plus). * System spec design for production, reporting requirements, IT collaboration as needed. * Interface with multiple databases and data warehouses to generate reports. * Main POC for Finance to ensure information flows and charges are accurate. * Development of recommendations w/ impact statements. * Ability to analyze data, identify trends and substantiate statistical significance view points. * Familiar with system data pulls. * Proven success in developing and reporting on KPIs. * Self starter along with social and influencing abilities. * Collaborate with organizations within Technical Support, Finance, Customer Advocacy. * Periodic communication with support teams as well as Senior Staff. * Develop, gain consensus and document the processes (current as well as continual improvement). * Proficient in: excel / access database / graphical representation. * Knowledge of service supply chain specific systems and tools is a major plus.
