Let me make a remark: In order to compile the documents dtdocbook also needs the external program mkcatdefs. This is part of openmotif, but unfortunately it's not compiled by default. So I stepped into the openmotif code, compiled it manually and copied it to cde/imports/motif/localized/util . So far as I can see this is also an issue for linux. mkcatdefs is missing there too. Of course we should have a better solution for it.
