Dear David, I write to you since you worked/work on RedHat. I am on CentOS 6.5. I followed your guide to compile CDE. However dtfile does not work. Is this normal up to this release of CDE on RedHat?
If I click on the panel it produces the following error: "The request to service this action has failed for the following reason: TT_ERR_PROCID The process id passed is not valid.." If I run it on the command line I get: "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" But I see no core in the current directory.SELinux is disabled. Same behavior with IP tables enabled or disabled.
