If you mean to refer to CDE in general, absolutely. On older Linux and FreeBSD systems with Motif+Xprint it works quite nicely. I haven't heard exactly what the status is on OpenBSD/NetBSD. The OpenSolaris support is rather experimental. I'm not sure if it's been merged yet, and someone recently reported an FTBFS. But it's a question of porting it.
