I’ve got a 0.15 of dtclock. The guy’s site still exists, but the cde subdirectory is gone; however, it can still be found on archive.org: https://web.archive.org/web/20080112194604/http://www.dynalabs.de/mxp/cde/software.html but only a dead link to the 0.13 is there; however, there’s some info on dtcm_holidays.
I dimly remember something with a memory leak in dtclock that got fixed at some point; not sure which version fixed that.
