GTK 3 uses a completely different theming engine. It's now configured through
CSS files rather than the old syntax, and as far as I'm aware there's no
automatic conversion tool to convert GTK 2 themes to the new format. I tried
converting the rather cool NextSTEP GTK 2 theme, but there's not even a porting
guide :-(
