Ok, so it's been a month or so now.  I've gotten some patches from Jose,
and I've integrated the fixes for OpenSuse.

And, that's it.

I will prepare a development release (2.3.0a) for now, and maybe wait
another month for a new stable release, 2.4.0, based on that and any
patches that come in before then.

In the meantime, if you have patches that need to go in, now is a good time.

Apparently no one has.  Guess we will save that for after the next
stable release.  I know that dtterm does not work well in this branch.
