I don't think so... at least not the one used to build the help text. As you know, we have two of them... The one that is really problematic is the one that uses the TCL interpreter to generate the help text in SDL 1.2 format, which I believe is/was an official standard that hasn't apparently been used by anything else except dthelp in CDE :) Even if we successfully convert the documentation to utf8 using recent tooling, the help system is 'special'. How we eventually deal with that is also unknown at this time.
