No idea - I know I went through pretty much all of the documentation and redid it for the 2.3.0 release. The wiki has a history feature you could use to determine who and when it was removed. I might have been me. I'd prefer not to have scripts on the wiki pages in general. If this script is useful, you should send in a patch that adds it (and a README describing it) to the contrib/ directory in the CDE source code.
