Well.... Good question.  I just tried master (the last test build I
did), and DtWsTest1 does work fine, though of course you need to be in a
CDE session for it to work.

The other two do not - missing this 'call' command, which I can find no
trace of in the documentation.  Maybe someone else with more dtksh
experience can answer?
